In addition, Mr. Zhao advises ultra-high-net-worth clients on their private banking, family wealth preservation and succession. His practice spans a wide range of industries, including high-end manufacturing, engineering and construction, energy, real estate, TMT, healthcare, shipping, new-consumption sector and fintech.

Mr. Zhao often acts as lead counsel in complex cross-border transactions with a China nexus. With a strong commercial mindset, he helps clients design practical solutions that effectively manage transaction risks without compromising business objectives.
